At Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, tags, and protective films intact to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our master watchmakers inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
